These Terms of Service govern the use of the Hermes Agent application ("the Application"), a private automation tool operated by Gökhan Asil ("the Owner").
The Application is provided for the personal use of the Owner only. It is not offered as a service to the public. No account registration is available and no third party is granted access to the Application or to any data it processes.
The Application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. Automation may occasionally produce incomplete or inaccurate output, and the Owner remains responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Application.
The Application interacts with Google APIs and with language-model providers. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms. The Application's handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Application must not be used to access any Google account other than the Owner's own, to send unsolicited bulk email, or in any manner that violates applicable law or the terms of the services it connects to.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its revision date.
